Uganda
Adam leaves for Uganda today at 11:15. He is so excited! I am excited for him as well. I am pretty emotional today, but that's just because I absolutely hate goodbyes. He will be gone for 9 days! He had to say good bye to the kids this morning, which, of course, made me and Zoe cry. The other three have no real idea where Africa is or how long 9 days is, but they'll miss him too. But, we did find out we can text each other while he is gone. He drives to Atlanta, then flies to Amsterdam and then on to Kampala, Uganda. I can't wait to hear all about his experience!

How exciting for Adam and I know you will miss him but it is worth it! We will keep you all in our prayers and can't wait to hear the stories and see the pictures of his adventure.
I just wanted to let you know that we all gathered together at 10am, with the globe because who the heck knows where Uganda is, and prayed for the team, their safe travel, the families left behind and for the pilot. Even Lily prayed that Annabelle wouldn't miss her daddy while he was gone. I have chosen everyday for the next 9 days for us to pray at 10am.
I'll call you later. the time will pass fast and he'll be home before you know it.:)
I am praying for Adam and your family while he travels. I know God is going to do great things through Adam and the entire team as they reach out to the Runyankore people. I cannot wait to hear about the trip when they get back!
